After twelve years directing missions and educational projects across Asia and Africa, I fell in love with Zimbabwe—its sublime landscapes, its vibrant spirit, and my wife, a native of the country. Today, as a family with three children now based in Virginia, Elysian Safaris is our way of keeping our deep-rooted bond to the African continent vibrantly alive.
Because we return to Africa frequently, our knowledge of the land is intimate, firsthand, and deeply personal. My mission work required me to navigate Africa’s most remote and untouched corners, transforming challenging expeditions into smooth, unforgettable journeys for visiting international benefactors.
